A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins. Work is performed only after your authorization. Additional services discovered during repair will be communicated and authorized before proceeding.

Submitting a service request or appointment inquiry through the Website is a request for contact and scheduling — it does not confirm an appointment or guarantee service availability. Appointments are confirmed by our shop staff by phone or in writing. We recommend calling (661) 942-2492 to confirm bay availability before bringing your RV.

Javi's RV Services Center is a physical, shop-based repair facility. We do not provide mobile or roadside RV repair. Customers must bring supported RVs to our Lancaster facility. We service most Class A motorhomes, Class B camper vans, Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and truck campers.

Tent trailers and pop-up campers are not serviced. We reserve the right to decline service for any vehicle that falls outside our supported categories or shop capabilities.

Any financing options referenced on the Website are provided by independent third-party financing providers, not by Javi's RV Services Center. Financing approval, terms, rates, and eligibility are determined solely by the financing provider. We make no guarantees regarding financing approval and are not responsible for the decisions, terms, or practices of third-party lenders.
