These terms apply to website use. Separate written estimates, repair orders, invoices, financing documents, warranties or service agreements may contain additional terms governing actual RV repair work.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not a diagnosis, repair instruction, warranty, guaranteed estimate or promise that a particular RV, component or condition can be serviced.

Service availability, parts availability, pricing, scheduling and repair scope must be confirmed directly with the shop.

Service Scope and Vehicle Eligibility

Javi's RV Service Center operates a physical repair shop at 42324 8th St E in Lancaster, California. The business does not provide mobile or roadside RV repair.

The shop services supported motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and truck campers. Tent trailers and pop-up campers are not serviced. Customers should call before visiting to confirm vehicle eligibility and service fit.

Estimates, Authorizations and Payments

Any website price, example or description is not a binding quote unless identified in a written estimate issued by the business. Repairs should not begin without the authorizations required by the applicable repair documents and law.

Customers are responsible for approved charges, applicable taxes, parts, diagnostic time, storage or other charges disclosed in service documents. Financing, when available, may be offered by an independent provider and is subject to that provider's approval and terms.

Appointments and Vehicle Delivery

An online request or voicemail does not guarantee an appointment. Scheduling is confirmed only when the shop communicates acceptance. Customers are responsible for safely transporting and delivering the RV to the Lancaster facility and removing personal belongings or valuables as instructed.

Warranties and Limitations

Specific warranties, if any, will be stated in the applicable repair order, invoice, manufacturer documentation or separate written warranty. Except as required by law or expressly stated in writing, website content is provided “as is” without warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Javi's RV Service Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual Property

Website text, design, branding, graphics, photographs and code are owned by or licensed to Javi's RV Service Center unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing of page links.
